JEMSTONE aims to recruit competent workers from the Philippines and send them to different countries all over the world. We will focus on deploying qualified workers including but not limited to healthcare professionals (nurses, medical technologists, physical therapists), office administrative and management staff, accountants, teachers/educators, banking professionals, engineers and construction workers, computer and IT professionals, hotel and restaurant personnel, and other skilled workers depending on the needs of the clients/foreign principals. Our initial target areas of deployment are U.S.A., U.A.E., Malaysia, Canada, Australia, Bahamas, United Kingdom. Target areas for other clients are the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and European countries.
WHAT WE DO?
We utilize various methods to gather applicants from which our principals can choose workers for deployment. This is done through the following:
PROCESSING & DEPLOYMENT
The agency will assist in the processing of the travel documents of the selected applicants. They will be made to undergo medical examinations with duly accredited clinics as part of their requirement for deployment. Arrangements will be made for them to undergo the required Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). Then if everything is done, the chosen applicant will be scheduled for ticketing and will be assisted for deployment.
SCREENING AND SELECTION
A thorough selection process will be done to ensure that applicants we present to you will meet the competency and qualifications being required for the job. At this stage, we confirm the credentials presented by the applicants. After screening, initial interviews will be conducted. If trade tests are required, we will let the applicants undergo them. If chosen, final interviews will be arranged with the employers for the final selection of the workers.
We also process the documents of returning workers who want to renew their contracts with our registered principals/employers. Top priority is also given to our loyal applicants who have completed their employment contracts with our clients and would like to be placed with another company/employer in the same or different country of their choice where there are open requirements that would fit their qualifications, work experience and other credentials.
